FEATURES
- We have added the new routing algorithm into BoardClever, this will be a welcome change for those that regularly route more than 20 tasks. This will mean routes are created in seconds rather than minutes.
- It is now possible to set the cutoff time for tasks to be added to the next day. Previously agents could add tasks up to 17:00 but you can now customise this time. After the cutoff time the next available day for agents is the day after tomorrow.
- We have added an import feature into the admin dashboard, this will help you on-board new clients and cater for large one off board quantities (sponsored boards). We ask that any users wishing to use this feature contact us for the CSV template.
- It is now possible to perform bulk operations against invoices in the invoices list. Clicking on the row will check the checkbox and present you with the options available. We currently support emailing invoice, pushing invoices and printing invoices.
NEW
- We have added a Send Feedback feature so that you can let us know about the things which make your workflow difficult. Does a page not provide what you’re expecting? A button not work correctly? Or if you’ve just got an idea of how a feature could work better, then we want to know.
- There is now an option to specify how many items you would like to see in the datatable. This is set on a per page basis but will be remembered for that page.
CHANGES
- When reordering a computed task the map will no longer zoom you out allowing for a much better experience when manually tweaking routes.
- Google Maps has been updated to the most recent version.
- Adding a task to a job without a latitude or longitude will now prompt BoardClever to geocode the address.
