Board Clever is a monthly subscription based service giving you access to all features, hosting and maintenance fees from just £100 per month.

Minimum three months to be paid up front. We only license based on the number of drivers. We allow for unlimited board movements and agents.

More information on attaching photos and documents
Photos can be added to jobs in two ways; on completion from mobile or also by agents when adding a new task where they can also upload documents to indicate exactly where a board needs to go. This helps to ensure boards are erected in the right place first time, keeping your agents happy and saving you re-erection time and money.
There is a small monthly storage fee for the proof image feature of £20 for one of the options (on completion or for agents), or £30 for both of them. This should be easily recouped with the savings in re-visits or disputes on jobs you completed correctly.
