NEW FEATURES
๐ A-Z Routing
- A-Z Routing is now available for all customers
- When generating a route, you are given the option of choosing between A-Z or Circular routing. This can be chosen for each driver, so you are not forced to one particular route method.
- When managing the route, you can reverse the start and end point so that you can start at the driver’s address and finish at your business address, or start at the business and finish at the driver’s address.
โ ๏ธ Chargeable Issues
- With thanks to your feedback, we have now enabled the ability to charge for any tasks that could not be completed due to an issue.
- We have added the flexibility to choose how an issue is charged. You can either charge the original task price, or set a fixed value of your choosing.
- Any issues that arise in your next billing period will be automatically added to your client’s next invoice (or invoices if you have split task billing enabled).

๐ธ External Accounting Systems – FreeAgent & Xero Integration
- If you use FreeAgent or Xero for your bookkeeping, you’ll be pleased to know that you can now send your invoices through to either of these systems.
- All of the invoice content including line items and their pricing is sent over upon push
- You can choose one or multiple invoices to push through, so you’ve still got some flexibility in making last minute changes before pushing invoices over to FreeAgent or Xero
