The global search feature allows you to easily find jobs and tasks across all users and agents to add new instructions, view progress or invoices.
Customer Portal
If a customer has multiple offices, each office can be allocated a user account restricted to see information for their office only. A global manager admin account is then set up to oversee all the boards for all offices. Some agents find this particularly useful to have segregated invoicing for each office.
Invoicing
Invoicing and keeping track of each job can be time consuming and tedious, especially if using spreadsheets or paper records.
The Board Clever system automatically generates a monthly invoice based on completed jobs. The invoice is emailed directly to your client or they can access it from the system and query any mistakes before accepting or rejecting the invoice.
