FEATURES
- We have added a new Daily Task view which groups tasks to their job so that all tasks at a single property can be managed together. This is a separate Daily Tasks view so that users have a choice over which they would prefer to use. This is subject to change moving forward. You can enable it in the settings.
- We have added a search feature to Board Clever! This should make it easier for you to access tasks and jobs as well as perform tasks such as view associated invoice, cancel task or add task.
NEW
- Added an Add Task button to the View Job page.
- Added route duration and estimated travel time to Route view.
CHANGES
- Clients can now edit tasks to update addresses or select a different task, type or date. The user can edit the task so long as the it is before the booked date and the task hasn’t be cancelled or completed. We would like your feedback on what additional rules is any should be in place.
- Moved the Complete Tasks Modal on the Tasks/Jobs view page from the top into the right sidebar
- The Complete Tasks Modal will now order tasks in the routed order.
- The Complete Tasks Modal will now respect the selected tasks or jobs when showing you tasks to complete meaning you can easily complete or raise issues against select tasks.
- When raising an issue against a task while scheduling is enabled the reschedule task option will cause the job to both be moved to the next working day and marked as unscheduled so that you can reschedule the task via the unscheduled tasks menu.
- You can now hide unscheduled tasks from the Daily Tasks view.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Lots of little bugs have been resolved.
