Summary

Happy New Year! The Boardclever team hopes you’ve had a brilliant holiday period. We’ve made a host of quality of life changes for your clients and added a few features to make setting up and configuring billing easier.

FEATURES

We have changed the pricing page to make it easier to read, we have also added the ability to enable and disable tasks on a client by client basis.

We have added the ability to define a default price for a task in the edit task page of the job types menu which is accessible via the settings page. This will allow you to set your prices once, reducing the amount of duplication, particularly when on-boarding new agents.

We have added two reports to the client dashboard so that clients can see which tasks have recent been added and which task have recently been completed. This should assist the agents reduce duplicate entries and better track tasks against their property book.

CHANGES

On the client Add Task To Job page, the property address has been added alongside the job number to give the agent greater understanding of which property the task will be added to.

We have been working on improving the underlying code which Boardclever is built upon, you won’t see any outward changes but it will result in a more robust system moving forward.
