Summary

We have added the ability for you to brand and personalise your client portal to better reflect your business. This update also includes general security and interface improvements.

FEATURES

You can now personalise the client login screen. Add a logo, change the background colour or the font colour. There is also an additional option to go back to the standard Board Clever theme.

CHANGES

It is now possible to list any tasks (not just stage 1 tasks) on the create job screen for your clients.

Client “Boards up” list on the dashboard has been renamed to “Active Jobs”.

You can now add multiple team members, this was previously limited by the number of drivers.

IMPROVEMENTS

Clients were able to cancel jobs which had been scheduled and past cut off. There is a new setting to grant a cut off time that tasks can be cancelled (x hours before job cut off).

Job count inline with the Tasks menu item will now show the correct number of days for the following working day if there are closure days in-between.

Client contacts can only be set once per type.
